WRC Rally Paraguay named Best Rally in the World 2025.

Paraguay received recognition from the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) when WRC Rally Paraguay was awarded the distinction of Best Rally in the World 2025. This is the country’s first award in this category, following its debut in the World Rally Championship (WRC) in 2025.

The award was presented during the FIA Annual Prize Giving Gala, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The “Rally of the Year” recognition is granted to the competition that stands out for organizational excellence, sporting impact, innovation, safety, and the experience provided to spectators. The Paraguayan event was selected over rallies in long-established WRC host countries such as Portugal, Finland, and Japan. It also surpassed newer additions to the world circuit such as Saudi Arabia.
