Distrito La Perseverancia - Large-scale integrated waterproofing

The Distrito La Perseverancia project required a waterproofing system that met the highest technical and formal standards. The challenge was to cover more than 27,000 m² across different work fronts while ensuring quality, continuity, and coordination with other construction disciplines.

The solution included:

• Design of specific waterproofing packages by sector.

• Operational coordination with subsequent trades in critical areas.

• Interventions in landscaped areas up to 3 meters deep.

• Continuous technical supervision at every stage of execution.

As a result, 27,000 m² have already been waterproofed, including 10,000 m² in the elevated park on the third floor and 6,000 m² on the ground floor. The project, which has been underway for the past eight months, is on schedule and sets a new standard of work that combines technical rigor, operational efficiency, and measurable results.
