Digital transformation of the fuel sector (Opentech)
Enex sought to adapt to new digital consumption habits in the fuel sector.
With this premise, Opentech implemented a comprehensive solution that revolutionized the
customer experience.

Automatic purchase scheduling and discounts.

Platform for Paraguayans Abroad (Klous)
In less than six months, Klous developed the first digital payment and purchasing platform for Paraguayans abroad, focusing especially on the migrant community in Spain.
The main functionalities were:

Personalized user experience for migrants.
Full integration with local businesses.
Connection to international payment methods.
This revolutionary solution allows Paraguayans in Spain to maintain economic ties with the country, facilitating the sending of remittances and the purchase of local products from anywhere in the world.
Shopping del Sol
Digitalization of commercial relations (Opentech)
Opentech developed a comprehensive application with multiple strategic features for Shopping del Sol, which required a technological tool to fully digitize its relationship with its business partners.
Features implemented included:
Automated digital onboarding.
Invoice exchange system.
Integrated ecommerce platform.
Digital payment module.
Programa de beneficios para clientes y colaboradores.
The results successfully validated the model in its pilot phase, allowing for reduced operating costs, improved data traceability, and significantly increased user and business partner loyalty. In the first 90 days, the platform reached more than 2,000 users with a repeat usage rate exceeding 70%.
Penitentiary Center
Minga Guazú
Sustainable wastewater treatment (Eco Agua)
Due to the lack of a sewage system in a rural area of Minga Guazú, Alto Paraná, a BIOTEX extended aeration system was implemented in a penitentiary center. This treatment system allows for automated and simple operation, ideal for non-technical personnel.
The results obtained were:
100% increase in biological treatment capacity.
Significant reduction in maintenance and operational complexity.
Treated water reusable for irrigation, cleaning and infiltration.
The implementation included comprehensive technical studies, a design tailored to the specific environment, civil works, comprehensive staff training, and post-implementation monitoring, ensuring long-term success.
La Perseverancia District
Large-scale comprehensive waterproofing (Propaco)
The La Perseverancia District project required a waterproofing system with the highest technical and formal standards. The challenge was to cover more than 27,000 m² across various construction areas, ensuring quality, continuity, and coordination with other construction projects.
With this in mind, Propaco implemented a sector-based waterproofing plan, with solutions tailored to each area and ongoing technical support from its Services Department and Technical Engineering Department.
The solution included:
Design of specific waterproofing packages by sector.
Operational coordination with subsequent items in critical areas.
Interventions in landscaped areas up to 3 meters deep.
Continuous technical supervision at each stage of execution.
As a result, 27,000 m² have already been waterproofed—10,000 m² in the elevated park on the third floor and 6,000 m² on the ground floor. The project, which has been underway for eight months, is on schedule and setting a new standard for work that combines technical rigor, operational efficiency, and measurable results.
